The vision of Bracken Engineering, Inc. (BEI) is to improve the communities we work in and support the people we work with, and for, by being committed to our corporate mantra: C.A.R.E.

Communication

There is no concept more important than effective communication. Our team relies on it, both internally and externally, to bring projects to successful fruition. Communication between BEI and clients sets expectations for both parties as well as timelines, permitting steps, costs, etc. Internal communication between Project Managers, survey, and design teams is crucial to the success of a project.

Awareness of Your Actions and Reactions

BEI is a leader in the community. We are contributing community members of Bourne, Nantucket, and Mansfield – where our three offices are located. We are also active in the engineering and surveying community at large. We are proud of our presence and reputation that has been built upon the quality and integrity of our work. Awareness of our actions is critical to the continued growth and success of BEI, our clients, and the communities we serve.

We, as engineers and surveyors, rely on our experience and reasoned process to develop our solutions through logical methods for our clients. Reason also gives us purpose. Our purpose is to serve our clients, communities and the environment to our highest capability.

We, as representatives of homeowners, professional design teams, developers, and municipal agencies must be empathetic to the needs and desires of all. As professionals who are bound by ethical, legal, and regulatory standards and practices, we must balance regulatory constraints with the wishes of our clients.
